SMS text messaging is fast becoming the most popular way for schools to contact parents, its reliability, speed and cost effectiveness means sending an MSS text message to a mobile phone is cheaper, faster and easier than sending a letter home.

Conduct behaviour software allows you to send SMS text messages of the incident to parents or senior staff mobile telephones. The SMS text message is written for you outlining the incident, you can of course change this to suit your needs if required. • Conducts by a certain class - view reports for all the classes in the school, analyse the data and manage classes effectively
• Conducts by a year group - produce reports by year group, see which years need targeting
• Conducts for positive behaviour - see which students are performing best, remember you can do this by class year group etc.
• Conducts for negative behaviour - see who is accumulating negative behaviour, you can do this by gender, year group, class etc.
• Conducts by staff involved - see what staff are entering the most conducts, allocate support staff where needed most

You can perform multiple finds and then generate a reports and printouts, to perform a multiple find you simply add a find request, here are a few examples of what you can do.

• Find: class, males, positive behaviour - this would show all positive conduct entries for the males in a selected class.
• Find: student, date, negative behaviour- this would show all the negative behaviours of a student on a certain date
• Find: punctuality, bad language, bullying - this would show all the entries for these types of conducts only
• Find: staff involved, date, date, date, this would show all the entries for a certain member of staff on three separate dates
• Find: location, actions taken, this would show you all the English actions taken or all the Maths actions taken.
• Find: class, points, location - this would show you a class that accumulated behaviour points in Science, History or Physics etc.

Behaviour charts are created from within Conduct and you now have the fantastice chart presentation but you can also send your information to Microsoft Excel and Apple Works, from here you can easily create some serious looking charts.
